Peru and Social Service Support

Peruvian Mission The Peruvian Mission is a current dormant program and could use both interested volunteers and funding. In 2020 – a vision quest trip was taken to establish connections to an allied social service organization in Chimbote and the nearby rural village of Pampadura, Peru. Funding was given to the Diocese of Chimbote to Peru and Social Service Support

National Alliance On Mental Illness – Beaver County

NAMI Beaver County Pennsylvania is an affiliated organization that provides education, support and advocacy for persons with mental illness, their families and friends. Currently there is weekly support groups for people with any mental health diagnosis that provide lunch 11:30am – 1PM Tuesday, as well as a weekly 12 step NAR-Anon Support Group for families National Alliance On Mental Illness – Beaver County

Beaver County Senior Citizen Gardens / New Brighton Children’s Garden

Beaver County Senior Citizens’ Garden – Brighton First Project beginning in 2018: In 2018, Brighton First assumed the management of the Beaver County Senior Citizens’ Garden after a prior, non-locally based non-profit left after many decades of sponsorship. During Brighton First’s management, the garden expanded its infrastructure, raised beds and shelter improvements. Rochester Community Center And Theater

134 Brighton Ave Rochester 134 Brighton Ave Rochester is the Community Theater with further expansion for non-profit incubator space and podcast production for the Beaver County Community. The 132 Brighton Ave location is also the future location of the community kitchen.
